This sim cannot be recharged. If you are travelling for longer than 28 days, please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 45 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 28 day period.

- Order your travel eSIM online and let us know your travel date. The eSIM will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
- When you land at your travel destination, follow the steps noted in the email and your eSIM will be ready to use.
- Your 28 days or service will commence.

Yes, you are able to hotspot/tether from your phone to another phone or device whilst in the EU or UK.
You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your phone to use the service.
The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the eSIM in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;
Access Point Name (APN): orange
Username: orange
Password: orange
The sim connects to different networks in different countries.
