You simply need to have both MOBILE DATA and DATA ROAMING functions ENABLED/TURNED ON in your device to use the service. This eSIM activates as soon as you scan the QR code provided. It is on this date that your 180 days of service will commence.

The mobile data APN settings should automatically update when you insert the sim in you phone. If it does not, you need to update the settings so it states the following;

APN: s-wing.link

Details about APN settings and other important information will be noted on the instruction sheet that will come accompanied with the eSIM.

The features on the eSIM are valid for 180 days of service from activation.

If you are travelling for longer than 15 days, please purchase multiple eSIMs accordingly. For example, if you are travelling for 25 days then purchase 2 of these sims and swap them over at the end of the 15 day period.

As this eSIM be recharged, if you feel you need more than 15GB of data then please purchase multiple sims accordingly. For example, if you need 45GB of data then please purchase 2 of these sims bearing in mind that each time you activate one sim you will have 180 days to use the 15GB of data.

Should you run into any issues with the sim whilst overseas then we encourage you to email us immediately at support@simcorner.com and let us know the following information;

• Your order number or the name that the order is under along with the sim number.
• Which country you are in currently and whether the sim connects to any network, if so, which network?
• Did you receive any SMS after you installed the eSIM? If so, please send us a screenshot of that message.
• Message us screenshots of any error message you are getting.
• What phone model you are using?
• Any other information about the issue, which will assist us in helping you resolve the issue.

If you are travelling to different countries that are noted on the "Countries Coverage" section, then all you need to do is restart your phone as you move from one country to another. The sim will automatically connect to a local carrier.
